Day 8 of the Hero WOD Challenge

3 rounds for time
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, right arm
21 L Pull-ups
40 pound Dumbbell snatch, 21 reps, left arm
21 L Pull-ups
The snatches are full squat snatches.
Time: 35 minutes 18 seconds
Read comment #28 from the first post. Thanks Bingo for your thoughts. This was one of the WODs I was happy to be able to complete. One arm squat snatch took a lot of concentration. Thinking while fatigued, a concept we take for granted. I'm grateful for those warriors (military, police, and fire) who can think, and act appropriately under fatigue and pressure.
