Day 27 of the Hero WOD Challenge
"Nutts"
-10 Handstand push-ups
-250 pound deadlift, 15 reps
-25 Box jumps (30 inch box jumps)
-50 pull-ups
-100 Wall Ball, (20 pound ball)
-200 Double Unders
-Run 400 meters with a 45 pound plate
Time: 19 minutes 50 seconds (New PR)
I completed this WOD back in January. Today I cut nearly a minute of that time. Who would have thought that 27 days into this challenge I would still be setting personal best. Found comfort today reading the post about Nutts. His fun loving personality lives on as his family and friends still honor him. God bless his family.
